Merging with Eisenmarche - hopes

Here is a thread for people to put down the things they hope will happen in a potential merge with Eisenmarche.

Things I'm hoping to see happen.

1. Awards of both shires get incorporated into the new barony to be.

2. We have a larger cushion for our barony numbers.

3. A larger pool of talented people will be available to be drawn on to do things.

4. In our official history, something is noted about it.

5. It would be kind of cool to have some event to mark the occasion.

Oh, and I just thought of another one, it would be nice if we could have a Canton emerge from our hopefully soon to be barony. It may even alleviate one or more of the concerns I have posted.

1) that we would have a large cohesive branch, bringing a number of new people and skill sets into our family
2) that this would provide us with a cushion for numbers as we move to become a barony
3) That we have a large ceremony at an event welcoming our new family
